The purpose of this holiday is to celebrate our mascot, the Boykin Spaniel. The Boykin spaniel is a beautiful dog that deserves to be recognized so this is their time to shine. We love Boykins!

The date for this holiday is December 11. We chose this day because this is the day that we turn in our project. The purpose of this holiday is to celebrate the creation of our utopia. We need to celebrate this holiday because we love our utopia. If we didn’t have pride in our utopia then people wouldn’t want to live here.
Creation Day
The date for this holiday is every Wednesday. We chose this because we believe that Wednesday’s are boring and need some fun. The purpose of this holiday is to create some fun in the middle of the week. Every Hump Day there will be half days at school and work so that people can reconnect and have fun together. We believe that this will make people happier and more likely to stay in our utopia. Hump day dinners are served in citizens houses and at local shelters.
Hump Day
The date for this holiday is October 20. We chose this date because it is one of our founders birthdays and all of us love food. The purpose of this holiday is to celebrate our love for food. Food has kept us alive and happy and it is taken for granted. On this day, we import food from around the world and eat locally grown food. We need to appreciate the great farmland and farmers that have provided this food for us. We love food!

The date for this holiday is October 5. We chose this day because it is one of our founders birthdays and we think there should be more love and peace in the world. The purpose of this holiday is to celebrate love and peace all around the world. We think that if people recognize love and peace then the world will become more loving. If our world is more peaceful then there will be less fights.
Peace Day
The date for this holiday is May 6. We chose this day because it is one of our founders birthday. It is a time for dance, music, and culture. The Boykin Utopia has its own unique culture and we need to celebrate it. Tourists can come on Seis de Mayo and see the Utopia and who we are as a whole.
