Here, you can see all of our work, economics, and leisure

-Economics/ We have a market economy with lots of freedom but the government still has to monitor what happens in the economy. They don’t have any power to change it but they still see it. They can make a public announcement to ask for change but it doesn’t always have to change. In this Utopia, we use euros because we are an island close to Europe, therefore, it would make sense to use this currency. -Work/ Jobs are not picked by the government. Everyone gets to pick their job and if they want to create a job for a new business, that is always allowed. Entrepreneurship is always encouraged in the Boykin Utopia. The head of government is the president and whoever gets the second most votes is the Vice President. We have a judicial system and senate but that is it. Only 20 people are in the senate and 10 in the judicial system. -Leisure/ Holidays are always allowed. Breaks are allowed but not encouraged. The Boykin Utopia is very productive so everyone loves their job and should not want to take breaks. Breaks are allowed for mental health, family death, sickness, hospitalization, death, or other. Vacations are given to all workers, but not at the same time. Everyone’s vacation is at a different time so that there is always someone to do a job. There are many recreational centers put into place by the government from tax money and from entrepreneurs.

List of Rules image
-Each citizen must pay taxes in order to stay inside of Boykin.
We say this because taxes are needed to build and repair things in the community and we need the money in order to keep Boykin safe and beautiful.

-If you are homeless you must stay in a shelter until you can buy a home or apartment, however, you must get a job within the first three weeks of living in the shelter or you get kicked out.
This is so all of our citizens have shelter because that is a human need and we don’t take rights away from anyone. If the citizen is not getting a job, then they are just laboring off of the government for free. If the citizen is making an effort to afford a home, then they can stay in the shelter. If the citizen can not find a job outside of the shelter, then they can become a caretaker for the shelter. Cooks, janitors, farmers, launders, landscapers and other jobs are some of the things you can do around the shelter.

-No profanity or use of hurtful words in the Utopia.
Bad words are sad words. Profanity can offend another citizen or start a fight in Boykin and we want to keep the island as safe as possible.

-No murder, homicide, theift, or other criminal activities.
We don’t want anyone getting killed in the Utopia. This should be a Utopia for everyone and everyone deserves a chance to live their life to the fullest. If such crimes were to occur, the citizen would be immediately evicted from the Boykin Utopia and tried in court in a nearby country.

-You may not own any weapons that are capable of killing someone.
Weapons can be used to take another person’s life and as stated in the rule above, each citizen should get a chance to live their life to the fullest.

-You must attend school for at least 16 years.
Your first years of education are free so you should be expected to attend all 16 years. You are granted only a certain amount of absences before you have to do online assignments. When college comes around, you must pay for your child to attend. This is benefiting the students and staff because making the schools better will give better and more positive environment for everyone.

-No hunting of animals unless you formally get permission from the president.
Poaching and overhunting is a big problem in many places but with this rule, it keeps the Utopia safe. If you get permission from the president to hunt, you must give the meat to the market or sell it yourself. The president will administer you a temporary weapon after you take a 30 question quiz so insure that you will be safe and responsible with the weapon. If you have already taken the test before, you do not have to take it again until it expires (usually after a year). If you do not return the weapon to the president after the hunting time is over, then the government has the right to sieze your house, take the weapon, and put a temporary restraining order so that you cannot hunt for 6 months.

-No capturing or keeping any wild animals as pets.
We want to keep Boykin as beautiful as possible. Taking an animal out of their home would be like violating a humans civil rights. The animals can be seen, observed, and possibly touched based on the circumstances but you may not take any wild animal home. There are domesticated breeds that are avalible in shelters and other homes for adopition.

-No logging, deforestation, or cutting of trees unless you have a licence or are permitted to cut by a high positioned government officer.
We must have enough oxygen to survive in the Utopia. Cutting a tree hurts the environment and it takes away animals homes. Of course, wood is needed for paper and building and many other things, but unless you have a government job as an official tree cutter, you may not cut down trees. The steps to getting a licence include taking a test while being surveillanced (to make sure you do not cheat), presenting the grade from the test to a government officer, getting the test approved, getting a licence with your picture, full name, criminal record, and date of birth. You must notify a police officer and have your licence present in order to start cutting.

-Smoking, Vaping, Juuling, taking drugs for pleasure or selling of any of the following is strictly prohibited.
Any type of drug or smoking device is banned in the Utopia. We do not sell them anywhere because they are horrible for your health and they hurt others around you. We do not with for anyone to get hurt in the Boykin Utopia so we have to prohibit items that could harm yourself with or without your consent.

Citizens can join the MCA(member and citizen association). This association helps all of the locals get their ideas to the high parts of the government, and helps with certain service projects. Citizens get the chance to vote for a leader every 2 years. Citizens can also buy a house or apartment. Citizens can choose any job they want and they can also build any style of house that they want. Most citizens have great social and oratorical skills because there is always social events that are hosted so people can grow closer together and get to know each other.
Science, Technology, and Environment image
The environment is breezy and is humid and warm, we have cloud seeding to maintain the water. We will use water purification to avoid diseases. Rain isn’t too much of a problem but if it gets really dry, we have to cloud seed. If there is too much rain, we have our streets at a very slight slant so that water flows into drains. The buildings are also very structurally sound because each home, structure, or business that is built in the Utopia is checked by the BOA (building owners accocation). There are no volcanoes on the island and earthquakes are rare because we aren’t close to a fault line. We will have an underground sewage system that will be sealed so that only certain authorities can access it, and there will also be a drainage system that will also be locked away from citizens. We will also have an electrical system that will have secure wall around it. We have the most updated technology. Taxes from citizens pay for technology to benefit citizens. Things like drones help deliver mail, Byrd scooters help citizens get around instead of walking. These are solar powered like most things in the Utopia. Fossil fuels are rarely ever used because we like to use renewable energy.
Personal/Food image
All food must be certified by the BFA(Boykin Food Administration) and is organic and nitrite free(to avoid later health diseases). If you would like to be an entrepreneur and start your own food company, make sure to register for a license and a patent granted by the BFA. Food is bought at local grocery stores. Citizens can’t do any drugs for pleasure, and can’t smoke or vape. Citizens may enroll in sports at the local recreation center.

Utopian Motto and Seal image
We chose this seal because it displays our wildlife and it has our Utopia’s name. It also has the motto on it. Our motto is
Peace, Love, Freedom, and Boykins.
Children and Education image
You can’t have more than 5 kids. You must pay for your college. You are allowed to not attend college but you must procure a high school diploma before you unenroll in school. When you pay for college, you are benefiting yourself because the money goes to the buildings and the teachers for you to have a better time in college. You have the chance to get a scholarship, but this is only for top tier students who are best in their class, sport, or other activity.
We do not have a national religion that has to be followed by the citizens, but your religion cannot be celebrated publicly. If you wish to celebrate, you must do it in your own home or on your own property. We do not decorate the town for any special religion. Many religions are celebrated here but as long as you do not celebrate publicly, you cannot start conflict. Therefore, the Utopia remains safe.
Physical Structure image
Our utopia is on an island. Our climate has low of 60 degrees and a high of 87 degrees. Most of the days are sunny with 5 mile an hour wind gusts. You can live in whatever house you can afford. Everyone must have a fence up around their backyard. You can’t live on public land and you can’t go on another person's property without their permission. The structure is modern in some places and in other places closer to the coast, it looks more tribal. This is all based on how people choose to build their houses. There are different sectors of the island that all look different. One sector is modern. One sector is tribal. One section is rural. One section is suburban. One section is city, and one section is other. In the other section, citizens can build any style of building they choose if it is not one of the styles that already exists in another sector.
Utopian Mascot image
Our utopias mascot is a Boykin spaniel. We choose this animal because that is the name of our utopia. We also choose this animal because we all really like dogs. We choose the Boykin spaniel because founder, Helen Fishman has a Boykin spaniel and we all that that the dog breed was cute. We also picked them because they represent intelligence, strength, beauty, friendship, energy, trust, and fun. These dogs are magnificent hunting dogs that are strong and honorable. We need our citizens to reflect the honorable ways of the Boykin spaniel. We all really enjoy the companionship of dogs. Dogs will never leave you because they are so loyal, and that’s what we want in a mascot. We have to represent our founders in the Utopia. These dogs run wild and free in the grassy fields of the Utopia. They are intelligent hunters, strong, friendly, and fun. That is why we choose the Boykin spaniel as our mascot.

Governing Body image
We are a presidential democracy. When people vote, the person with the most votes at the end of the election will become president. The people that don’t get the position of president will become members of the government through other forms such as members of the congress. We also have a judicial branch that holds trials for the few criminals that decide to disobey the laws of the Boykin Utopia.
When the society has witnessed or been through a major event, a painting will be made to remember and symbolize the event. Art will be an optional course in high school and college. Artists and the media are allowed to show their talent as long as they are not disrespecting someone else. Media is only positive and informal. Nothing attacking or harsh in the media. This is monitored by the software itself. If anything harsh or attacking is posted, the algorithm will detect it and take it down.
Law and Order image
We will have a consequential system to deal with those who rules and/or harm others. This system work by giving consequences to those who think they can get away with doing something bad. We will have surveillance cameras installed in every building, except for owned homes (people can have personal cameras installed if they want to). We will also have cameras watching the streets as to watch for criminals that hadn’t gotten caught. Homes that do not have an owner will have security cameras installed just in case. These cameras will pick up everything that goes on in these buildings. There will be officers that are dressed to blend in with the crowd, that way we can have someone on the scene of a crime almost immediately instead of having to wait for the law enforcement to arrive. All of these are meerly just precautions because our citizens should never do such things. Our crime rate is low because of the surveillance.

Declaration of Independence image
To secure one’s bond with the community that encompasses them is the superior goal. This is not only what the citizens’ deserve, this is a responsibility of the community. Every living thing is identical to another. This is not restraining the fellow civillian’s personality, it is protecting the occupant’s rights, and freedom of expression. To confine one’s personality and emotions causes distress to the citizen. To distress one means to cause distress to the community. This current horrid society today has raised the young to discriminate and segregate solely based off of beliefs and faith. The society has unjustly been taught to furthermore discriminate based off of petty jobs and race. Many generations before us solidified heartbreaking stereotypes, only to cause more distrust and disputes in society. We, the people, whom have witness this immoral society, make this new utopia. As we step up and take full responsibility for this utopia, we come to this utopia with the intention of achieving maximum standards, duty to the people, and ambition of living life to the finest of our abilities. If all of us come together as one, we will be capable of anything, and this is why the current society is not functioning efficiently. Citizens refuse to look past beliefs and race. We, the creators and leaders of Boykin, have come together to change the perspective of the people, to make the society more efficient, and lastly to make every last citizen happy and delighted.
